The chocolate flavor is rich and has just the right balance of sweetness. The consistency is smooth and not too heavy for a post-workout beverage. It is easy to digest and has a good nutritional balance for anyone seeking to add protein and calcium to their diet. I especially like the fact that is lactose-free. It tastes best served icy cold.

I absolutely LOVE these shakes… but… this last case I bought this past Wednesday has a TERRIBLE taste. I can’t even drink it. I see others are having a similar experience. Anything that can be done about it? So sad because these are a daily staple for us!

Running around on an empty stomach is usually a recipe for disaster so my expectations weren’t high. The chocolate shake wasn’t too sweet and wasn’t thick or chalky like others I’ve tried. It was delicious actually but thinner in consistency than I expected so I really didn’t think it would hold me over very long. I was wrong and pleasantly surprised. I didn’t get dizzy or nauseous like I normally would have. Even though these aren’t super thick or filling, they aren’t lying about those 30 grams of protein. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was good and filling. I first tried it room temp when I received it. I took a few drinks and then put it in the fridge. It was just okay. Once chilled I decided to try again and it was significantly better. I tried both the vanilla and chocolate and found that I preferred the vanilla. It was smooth, not overly sweet, and quite filling. However, the chocolate did have that fake chocolate taste. Normally I avoid unnatural sugars as they trigger headaches. While on the ingredients list, they must be in small amounts as I didn’t experience a headache. However, there was a slight stevia aftertaste. All in all these are a nice meal replacement and I found them helpful on a busy morning!

This shake has saved my life... and I'm not exaggerating. With a bunch of G.I. issues and being post gastric-bypass surgery, these are a huge staple in my diet. I have 2-3 per day, and that allows me the protein+nutrition I need... without the volume of food I can't handle. Tastes just like chocolate milk, and I am forever grateful they make this product.

It’s very familiar to a chocolate malt. It does not leave any nasty after taste and it is pretty fulfilling. I made sure to enjoy a chilled one for breakfast and I felt fulfilled until lunch time.

I bought the protein drink two months ago and it was a disaster I was very bloated and with a stomach pain, to my surprise I was not happy with ingredients Carrageenan, and sucralose, and other not worth mentioning , ( the regular Fairlife Ultra- filtered milk 2% is a winner no added junk . ) is a winner

In my opinion, it is a smooth drink and it tastes really good. You cannot taste the protien in the drink at all. It has a nice chocolaty taste, it actually tastes like a chocolate milkshake, in my opinion. Plus, it is very healthy for children as well as adults because it is packed full of the nutrients that our body needs to grow every day.
