I like that it contains a lot more protein than regular milk, and does not contain added sugar which tends to be a flaw with flavored milk. Would consider buying more in the future as a supplement to my meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I am craving chocolate this really hits the spot. I have really enjoyed trying all of the fairlife products. This chocolate shake is great for on the go and it has a perfectly smooth consistency. There is absolutely no chalkiness!

Fairlife has changed the ingredients of their nutrition plan shake at least two times, without any notice to consumers. Once, they added oat flour, making a formerly gluten free shake risky for those with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance. Now they have removed the oat, but add carrageenen, which may be damaging to the intestines and liver. Fairlife took a really awesome, healthy product and made it one that can have adverse affects on the health of some consumers. The least they should have done is added a label indicating a new formula.

This shake is not only packed with yummy flavor, but has 30 grams of protein. To top that off it only has 2 grams of sugar. I would recommend to anyone who loves chocolate and is looking for a quick grab and go snack or meal replacement. I will be stocking my fridge with these.
