It not only provides needed protein but it tastes great as well, not chalky as some protein drinks do and it's lactose free in case you are intolerant as am I.

I’m lactose intolerant and these shakes are kind to my stomach and help keep me full just incase I have to run around and I can’t stop to have an actual meal.

Taste just like chocolate milk and it has no after taste like other protein drinks. Definitely cheaper than anywhere else. Buy more than one 12 pk at a time because they tend to run of out of stock.

I like this brand a lot. It tastes really good and doesn't have a lot of added sugar. It's not too thick either so it's really refreshing after a workout. Drink it ice cold for the best experience.

The protein milk has helped me tremendous with my diabetes. The only problem I have is too high, but I love it. I make different things with it as a meal.
