These are recommended by the oncology team.  Something about the chocolate in this shake soothes the mouth after chemo. It is true.  12 rounds of chemo and these have been a best friend and staple. 
Highly recommend for anything but especially chemo patients!

These taste like chocolate milk. My family loves them!

	•	Cellulose gum   cellulose gel → fillers, not nourishing
	•	Artificial sweeteners:
	•	Sucralose
	•	Acesulfame potassium
	•	Stevia extract
→ can affect gut microbiome, insulin response, and BP regulation in sensitive people
	•	Natural flavors → vague, ultra-processed category
	•	Sodium 230 mg → not ideal with BP meds

Fairlife Nutrition Plan with 30g of protein has become a staple in my daily routine. It's incredibly convenient, tastes great, and actually keeps me full for hours.
