It’s a very smooth drink. It’s milk but has a great taste. 30g of natural protein which I was looking for a clean protein drink for after my workouts. This is a great option for clean natural protein. Clean & smooth. I enjoyed it after my workout.

Ingredients balanced so well, you can get all essential components for daily needs. Stevia as organic sugar substitute, made it better for sweetness and only 2g. Good creamy vanilla flavor. I do not like that they combine 3 different sweeteners; Sucralose, monk fruit and stevia. The flavors do taste artificial and leave a lingering aftertaste. I removed one star for this. I like the nutritional components, especially the 30 G of protein. Very good vitamin/mineral additions including iodine. I wish fairlife would make a plain sugar batch for those that do not consume artificial sweeteners. I would most definitely buy these all the time if that were the case. This is a very solid option for a quick snack/meal if on the go.

I was a little leery of it tasting too chalky with 30 grams of protein, but it tastes MUCH better than expected. No chalky taste at all and it tastes like melted vanilla ice cream. I would not recommend adding it to coffee, but it does taste great on its own and would recommend this!
