I have been drinking these protein shakes. for a while now this is my first time trying the vanilla one. It reminds me of a vanilla Frosty from Wendy’s. You can make it into many flavors I tried some in a shake with banana and strawberries and it came out good. A good vanilla protein and you can change it up by adding flavor to it if you get bored.

My dad just had a kidney transplant so his appetite has changed but this protein drink made it easier to get him the nutrition he needed while not shoving a ton of food down his throat.
