I used it as a meal replacement to see if the protein content could keep me full and I’m happy to report it did! It is imperative that you shake it before taking a sip to make sure you get the correct flavor. It tasted to me like a vanilla shake, and no real aftertaste which was awesome. I’d only want to drink this cold. I like that it’s low calorie, low fat and high in protein. I do think it’d make a great milkshake base, I’d love to try with a ripe banana and some peanut butter! If you’ve recently been having lactose issues but love vanilla shakes, this would certainly satisfy that craving! For on the go when you don’t have time to eat a meal, this would be a great option! I would buy this again!

It’s not a see-through bottle and slim enough so you’re not holding the bottle in an awkward position. The consistency is like other protein shakes. This is not a thick consistency at all but not too liquid either. I had the chocolate and vanilla flavor and since it’s only 2g of sugar, it’s not very sweet at all. That’s what I look for in a protein shake, to keep me full and not consume too much sugar. It’s enough flavor so I enjoy drinking it but not too sweet that it feels like it’s a milkshake. I take this as a snack in between meals. It’s low in calories so it’s a healthier option than grabbing cookies, chocolate, or some high calorie drinks. I drink other brands of protein shakes and I think this is another great alternative and if one of your new year’s resolutions is to have healthier snacks, this is a good one.

I have been drinking one a day for many months now because I thought Fairlife Protein Drink was a healthy product. I finally read the fine print of ingredients, shame on me. I should have done that much sooner. It contains Carrageenan. I will no longer buy your products as long as it contains that potential health hazard..

The best protein shake I’ve ever had. I would be buying this weekly if it weren’t so hard to find. Please sort out distribution, expand your retailers and keep all flavors stocked. Very sad to see Strawberry, Caramel and Coffee disappear, and I can never find vanilla either. You have literal nutrition gold on your hands—fix this.

But like with the chocolate one, it had a powdery taste and had an aftertaste. It wasn’t a bad one or a good one, just one that was unexpected. I’ll stick with the refrigerated products! I’m hoping it was just a bad batch or something.

On this occasion, I decided to take the protein shake along with me. I noticed that it kept me full for quite some time & the flavor was great as well. I do find them to be on the more expensive side but overall, it’s a great protein shake and I’d be delighted to try them again in the future!
