I personally thought the flavor was a little too much, it got old quickly. The main issue that I found with it was that it gave me a headache after drinking about half of it over a couple of hours. I do not usually drink protein drinks so that may play into why I did not enjoy it as much. If you are used to protein drinks, it does taste good.

Ingredients balanced so well, you can get all essential components for daily needs. Stevia as organic sugar substitute, made it better for sweetness and only 2g.
