This is a premade protein shake with only 2grams of sugar.its best served cold.it had 30 grams of protein. It taste good cold.. it's taste ok I rather have chocolate instead with chocolate it's sweetness take away from it tasting like protein shake.. The best way to drink it is very cold and add ice.

It was simple and at the same time very flavorful. I added instant coffee to it and it was like a coffee milkshake. Already bought a case. Super delicious!

I love fairlife products because everything I’ve tried has a smooth and creamy texture, including this. There isn’t an overbearing taste or scent of the protein added, which is a plus. I really liked its smooth drink like consistency, rather than it being a thick shake. There was no chalky or weird aftertaste, and it tasted creamy and delicious. I would have preferred a plant-based option for easier digestion, but still really enjoyed this protein drink, and highly recommend!

These Fairlife shakes are so much better and I will start thinking about roasting them back into my diet! I preferred the chocolate, but was pleasantly surprised by the vanilla!

I have tried so many different protein shakes but most just leave me with an upset stomach. I was nervous to try Fairlife because I thought it would be more of the same but boy was I wrong. The vanilla flavor was really good. Creamy, but not too sweet and there was no after taste! Most importantly, my stomach wasn’t crampy after drinking. I can’t say that it’s a meal replacement but definitely good for something quick on the go. I would 100% recommend!

It’s not terribly it’s just not my taste. However, it does have a lot of protein which I do need in a drink because I barely eat food.
