The taste is great and the thickness is smoothie like. I would recommend this product for someone on the go looking to have more protein in their diet.

It is even a healthy drink for children to drink also. It is a nice smooth drink to drink. I think the chocolate tastes better than the vanilla one does but they both tastes alright. When they first arrived I didn't think that I was going to enjoy drinking them but I was suprised when I started drinking them to do review.

There is no weird aftertaste or protein chalkiness flavor, it’s super smooth and easy to drink. Aside from the great taste, the nutrition is beyond great for those of us needing to up our daily protein. This shake is an easy way to pack in 30g of protein without even trying. My only issue is I’m having trouble finding the vanilla flavor in stores. I’ve gone to my local grocery chains, and target/Walmart with no luck. I wish it was more widely available because I couldn’t recommend it enough.
