The flavor was very mild, not too sweet at all. I easily drank the whole bottle. It also kept me full after my workout. I gave a taste to my 8 and 10 year olds and they loved it. They asked if I could buy more for them. Highly recommend.

It contains vitamins and minerals and it's low in added sugars, which makes it fairly low in calories (150cals). It's great for a meal replacement or just an extra snack after a workout. I also appreciate it being a twist cap, making it easy to bring it on the go and resealing them if you're not able to finish it in a sitting.

My husband actually put it in his coffee and said it was a good creamer alternative.most protein drinks can feel filling but this one didn't do that.. still hungry before lunch. I also added the remaining to a smoothy I made , smoothie was good..I didn't have to add sweetener it was already sweet with milk

This product tastes great, has a smooth texture, design of the bottle makes it comfortable to hold and drink from. Plud it has a really awesome and effective nutrition content. My kids love these, and will be purchasing more for them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shake smells like vanilla bean ice cream (my opinion) or vanilla pudding (my husband's opinion). At first taste, it reminds my husband and me of a melted vanilla milkshake. That is, until the aftertaste of artificial sweetener (acesulfame potassium) and sugar substitutes (monk fruit, stevia) leave an aftertaste. My husband drinks diet drinks, so he does not notice the taste. I, however, have never been able to tolerate the taste of artificial sweeteners, though I don't mind sugar substitutes in some items. For this reason, it wouldn't be my nutrition shake of choice. My husband, however, likes that it doesn't leave a film on his tongue like other nutrition shakes. He says it is very smooth, and it is definitely something he would purchase to drink on busy mornings or keep at work for quick lunches.

This tastes just like a vanilla ice cream! The texture isn't too thick or slimy like some protein products can be. Packaging is efficient in a simple bottle that is easy to hold while you multitask. I am not 100% on the ingredients but this was a nice supplement to my protein goals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually I avoid things with stevia in them because of that weird sickly sweet flavor, but this is pretty great! It's not a boozy “true” vanilla but more like a cake batter flavor. Pretty much the texture of milk. Perfect substitute for breakfast!
