These are a little thicker and I haven’t compared directly their nutritional value other than protein content, but given that I can’t find these in stores as easily as I can the corepower shakes, those will still stay my go-to’s.

The other protein milk drinks bother my stomach. This doesn't. It has 30g of protein and is quite filling. I would highly recommend this product.

The flavor is great and makes it really easy to drink to get your protein. I tend to think of vanilla as pretty plain so i was worried it would just taste like straight milk or have that weird protein taste pronounced, but the vanilla flavor was present and tasted great. The vanilla flavor tastes exactly like a vanilla milkshake, it is smooth and leaves no nasty aftertaste. These contain 30g of protein each, along with other natural vitamins and minerals. If you’re looking for a good protein drink, its worth trying!
