It's like melted ice cream I love that there's only 150 cal per serving and I especially love that they do not use any artificial growth hormones, how sweet is that? If you're in the market for a new protein shake try fairlife nutrition plan I think you'll like it I know I do.

It tastes very good especially for something that doesn't have to be refrigerated after opening it. The vanilla flavor tastes like vanilla ice or a vanilla milk shake. I would recommend anyone to try this drink if they are interested.

According to American Dairy Association, milk has about 1 gram of protein per ounce. However, your fairlife nutrition plan chocolate protein shake (11.5 ounces) claims to have 30 grams of protein with no added ingredients listed that would increase the protein content. Please explain where the extra protein comes from.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little nervous trying this as I didn't have good luck with the chocolate flavor. Well, I shouldn't have been as this one was very tasty! I used it as a meal replacement to see if the protein content could keep me full and I'm happy to report it did! It is imperative that you shake it before taking a sip to make sure you get the correct flavor. It tasted to me like a vanilla shake, and no real aftertaste which was awesome. I'd only want to drink this cold. I like that it's low calorie, low fat and high in protein. I do think it'd make a great milkshake base, I'd love to try with a ripe banana and some peanut butter! If you've recently been having lactose issues but love vanilla shakes, this would certainly satisfy that craving! For on the go when you don't have time to eat a meal, this would be a great option! I would buy this again!
