The vanilla tastes artificial to me so I didnt like drinking it straight. Felt full after drinking it though. And with many nutritional/ supplement drinks, the colder the better!

It’s great really cold out of the fridge, but holds up well even after being on the counter for a bit if not drank right away. I enjoyed this in its own, but it would make a great smoothie addition blended with frozen fruit!

I have tried so many protein shakes and do not like them because of that ick aftertaste - you know the one. Fairlife has nailed it. The vanilla and chocolate are both amazing - no aftertaste, delicious, LACTOSE FREE! and great protein and nutrients. Always have these on hand and try to drink one a day and my kids too.

You can make it into many flavors I tried some in a shake with banana and strawberries and it came out good. A good vanilla protein and you can change it up by adding flavor to it if you get bored.
