My Dr. recommended for me. Because I leave so early for work every morning and I don't eat breakfast like I used too. So I have one of these early in the morning so I get some protein in my system until I have lunch. And they really taste good, my wife likes the chocolate and I like the vanilla ones.

The TASTE is AMAZING with these shakes, but with every single bottle I've opened, there's these little bits or chunks of something in them no matter how much or hard I shake them. I end up wasting them because I can't stomach ingesting whatever it is.

I need to use protein drinks due to mouth surgery not a choice, but you need protein so this is the best tasting protein drink I have found and it's not overly sweet the vanilla. I don't care for the chocolate, but the vanilla is very good.
