The last 3-4 bags have been poor quality compared to the exact same product purchased regularly over the last 4 years. My dog loves the Purina Chicken Jerky but has snubbed his nose at every piece from the last 3 purchases. The quality is lacking visually (burnt, difficult to break, jagged, hard consistency). Previously this product quality was outstanding, the chicken jerky tenders were mailable but not too soft, looked like actual chicken, and my dog begged for these treats. I can't pinpoint exactly if the recipe changed or if the overall quality has it's decreased.

I wouldn't purchase this product at all, except for my mother's over pampered "fur baby". There is nothing actually bad about the product it's self, it's fine, as a "treat" once in a while. My mother feels she has to feed her dog better than herself, and what this amounts to is well over the price of good organic chicken. I could purchase organic chicken at Sam's club at around $8/lb and dehydrate my own "jerky".

My dog and my grandson's dog go crazy for this treat. I break the chicken jerky strips up into little pieces to use as "SPECIAL" training treats. I have the stuff I regularly use, but when I ask for extra performance or start training something new, I use Waggin Train. When I bring out the Waggin Train Jerky treats, they really do up their performance. I appreciate that it is Chicken and that it is well dried. I especially appreciate that the dogs love it. Sam's Club had them on sale, so I ordered three bags.

My dogs love this jerky. I am not loving the price for the quality. My bag was half full of small pieces. I was not impressed. They should bag them separately as jerky pieces for smaller dogs. For this price I was expecting strips with a few small ones.

My dog expects one every day. She likes it. I tear it into smaller pieces. If she’s not fast the cats will steal the pieces from her. This is the only dog treat that my just turned a year old cats steal! They are the main reason I maintain a Sams membership. These are not available at Costco and too expensive in their smaller size packaging from Chewy.

My Fur baby has a sensitive tummy these are the best She loves them 2 ingredients and my vet approved wanted to know where I found them Kinda pricey but they go along ways the smoked cooked ones are the better but a little fattening for her as she pretends to everyone she hasn’t had a treat

These are NOT jerky “tenders”, they were hard as a rock to the point that my dog couldn’t even eat them. I have a small dog and other brands we have purchased have usually some harder ones but also some that are pliable, easy to break and soft enough for my dog to eat. But this entire bad was full of ridiculously hard pieces and a big waste of money. Definitely will not be buying this brand again.

These treats are the ones to buy for ur fur baby and they will enjoy the chicken taste my baby knows chicken and it's healthy for her. I'm sold on this product go on try for ur baby you'll be coming back to satisfy to trade buds and they'll tell you when it snack time lol🫶🏽💞🐕🐶🐾

I won't buy them anymore ! They are not the same quality that they once were. They have progressively gotten worse in the last 10 months. They are very small, extremely dried out chunks. The last bag was like sawdust in the bottom half of the bag. They are rather pricey, so I'll have to find something else. I also saw that these are made in China... so that's not ideal.

my pup had clean teeth and mouth till they banned this product from the U.S.A. its starting to clean up again but no thanks to our trade laws. for some reason i tried some of the other chicken treats during that time but he didn't want anything to do with them. what can i say,,, he very fussy
