The tuna was not as firm as the Members Mark brand and there was considerably more liquid in the can.

My family prefers this StarKist Tuna in water because it doesn’t have a strong taste. I have bought off brands but we like that it’s also chunky and not all shredded.

I did not read the label carefully and thought I was buying chunk white tuna. That’s my fault. This is “light” tuna and has the characteristic strong flavor and darker color which I personally don’t care for.

I always buy my tuna at Sam’s and this batch is EXTREMELY fishy tasting. I had to feed it to my cats because of the horrible fishy taste for me. Turned my stomach. I don’t know what happened to this batch.

Good quality and taste!!!!

Lives up to its name, besides the Albacore Tuna, this is a good cost effective alternative.
