StarKist has been around for years and I'm old enough to judge the quality having used it for over 50 years...unfortunately, the quality has diminished. Use to be you could count on having chunks of tuna packed in water or oil but today, the product has broken down and the taste is stronger than I remember.

I give this a 5⭐ for my cats, they enjoy it. For me however, salty, extremely watery and the fishness is so strong, I can only feed it to my cats. Product isnt for me, product shrinking, its really not great for human consumption. The bones i pick out of each can, i may as well went and caught it myself. This product, be cautious, ive found bones in every can so far.

This is a great lunch/dinner option. Always love to have tuna in the pantry in case I either don't have time or I need a quick protein that's good for you. I just add a few saltines and I'm ready to eat!! But knowing you can fancy it up and make a casserole or tuna salad. It gives you different options.

I purchased the tuna as my canned foods for a local food drive donation. My son put the cans on the donation table piled high with donations. Give minutes later, my son watched a man walk up to the table, grab the tuna, and walk out the door. I expect that the person knew the best thing on the table and took it. I think that says volumes.
