Was happy with the efficiency in getting these cards I was hesitant after reading reviews but everyone of my cards we’re activated when I received them and double checked against the restaurant site

I bought these before Christmas to give as gifts,and when went to use them they have a zero balance on them! I have been grumping through hoops trying to figure out who I need to get in touch with to have the money put on them. Everyone I talk to blames someone else and I keep having to call other companies. Big time inconvenience and really embarrassing.

These gift cards are a great bargain; however, the $10 bonus card, which I kept for myself, was scanned for $25, which I found that out when I used it at Outback. So, I don't know yet which of the $25 cards have only $10 on it and I had already sent them to recipiants before I knew about it. This will be embarassing.

Be very careful with these! We recently ordered 3 sets of these cards, and in EACH SET, 2 of the cards which should have been worth $25 were only worth $10 each (despite having $25 printed on the card)! It was unfortunate that we didn't discover the error until after we had eaten at the restaurant, and the gift cards didn't cover our meal! Bloomin' Brands customer service is looking into it, but it's clear this error exists in an entire batch of these cards.

Great Christmas gift for the friends and family who have everything. Can't go wrong with an Outback gift card. No worry about fit or color.
