I have diabetes and I drink this product every morning for my breakfast, some times I add fruit like blueberries.. My daughters bought this product for me so I wouldn't eat ice cream before I go to bed which raises my blood sugar. Now I 'm hooked for ever. I also love the choc. too.

May 01, 2014 I was 330 lbs and I'm 237 lbs. 95 Lbs. last today. This product is Great, you can add Berries, Pineapple, Banana, Mango, Peach, Pear.. add 1/2 cup of Almond unsweetened milk 30 calories, 3 spoon full of instant Quaker Oatmeal - and Ice ... and let me tell you that Starkbuck is not even closer to this nutritional Drink My goal is to reach 200 lbs.... and price $$$.$$$ is GREAT!!.

This protein has help me a lot with my health and also my weight, I've been drinking this shake for the past two months for breakfast and I feel great, I've lost a few pounds and inches too. I personally like both flavors.., and yes I highly recommend this product.

I have been drinking this for a few years, and love the taste . It isn't chalky at all like other brands. I just wish they would carry at Sams Club again, instead of making me have to buy it online and pay shipping. I add a banana, some milk and ice, and it tastes great and really curbs my hunger. While the chocolate is good as well, I prefer the vanilla. PLEASE BRING THIS BACK TO THE CLUB, INSTEAD OF MAKING US HAVE TO PURCHASE IT ONLINE.

I love this powder. It mixes well and tastes great. I actually mix it with my oatmeal in the mornings ...although you really need two scoops. And use plenty of water because it really thickens it up. If you stick with it and lower your calories it stays on you longer and slims you down without the loss of size. Have not tried the chocolate yet!

I have been using this product mainly to lose weight. I have been using this product for 3 days and have lost 3lbs already amazing. I replace breakfast and dinner and have a decent lunch. And most wonderful it tastes delicious. I keeps me full 5hrs max. GREAT PRODUCT FOR YOUR MONEY!!!

I love Total Soy. I have a shake for lunch, and it really satisfies my hunger.

The chocolate version of this soy shake is OK but the vanilla is downright delicious.
