I really didn't know what to expect but this has been great. It is surprisingly filling and very inexpensive. You get 47 servings at a price that is way less that what you would expect for other locations. It has made all of the difference in my weight loss.

I use Total Soy Vanilla as a meal replacement at either breakfast or lunch time. I actually mix it differently, I use the 2 scoops of Total Soy as directed, but use 12 oz of low-fat milk instead of 8, and put it in my blender and it's delicious. Sometimes I use it along with a banana, some strawberries, peaches, whatever fruit I have on hand, fresh or frozen. It's very satisfying, and mixing the types of fruit gives me a lot of alternatives to vanilla, although the vanilla by itself is very good!

I told my coworker about me wanting to lose weight. She gave me total soy, lost 25 pounds in 1 month and half! That's without exercise. I cut soda, chips ect. Drink ginger tea with Lemon juice in morning before my shakes. Curves my appetite. Only thing that really works and it taste really good.

I am buying this product since came to the market, it was in a big container I don't remember the weight, then changed to a bag 3.7 pounds, now back to a bottle less product 2 pound's more expensive, it's a good source to Skip a meal, I really love it, but not any more for that price. They think that people never will notice the difference. They are wrong.

This protein has help me a lot with my health and also my weight, I've been drinking this shake for the past two months for breakfast and I feel great, I've lost a few pounds and inches too. I personally like both flavors.., and yes I highly recommend this product.

If you like that "HERBAL" companys powder diet, this will be a good way to go at less than half the price. I originally got on that Herbal Companys plan as the Doc told me to lose weight,,NOW! So after failing at the place where you "Watch your Weight" and count points, I tried 'Herbal". I lost weight fast, but it is so expensive, plus, the constant hounding by memebrs to become a distributor! NO! This TOTAL SOY, is the ticket. Love it! Lost 50lbs in 7 months and still losing. High school weight by the holidays??? Maybe! The powder makes delicious shakes that replace one or two meals a day. I even add flavored milk or soy milk, berries, crushed ice, peanutbuter. Lots of ways to enjoy it, and very satisfying, keeps you full like a meal should! Lose weight, feel great- For less!

I have been using this product mainly to lose weight. I have been using this product for 3 days and have lost 3lbs already amazing. I replace breakfast and dinner and have a decent lunch. And most wonderful it tastes delicious. I keeps me full 5hrs max. GREAT PRODUCT FOR YOUR MONEY!!!

I have a lot of food tolerances and cannot eat a lot, did I say a lot of things...I meant just about everything due to migraines, gluten, and spices. That means, pizza, spaghetti, BBQ, and WHEAT...etc! It is very hard to find a Soy drink that taste good and that will dissolve in any drink. I would recommend buying the Blender Bottle with this as well. It helps out in mixing this up on the go. I have one for work and home. I just went to Sam's to buy another bag and discovered it was not there. I was not happy. It looks like I may have to order this online or search for another store to buy this from. I have tried other Soy drink and they taste nasty. I hope this helps you in making your decision. I would highly recommend this product to everyone. Great price for 3lbs also.

I was disappointed to see they changed the size of the product, but increased the price. However, I thought it tasted better than all the other shake mixes I've tried so it was worth the increase. Unfortunately, I made my first shake with the newer container and it tastes awful. I'm not sure if I received a bad batch or if they changed the formula. I don't think I'll buy this product again.

I'm sad to see the amount of the product has been greatly reduced yet the price is nearly the same. Inflation, eh? Also sad to see a plastic container is being used vs. the bag. The smaller sizes in plastic containers (via other stores) tasted terrible - the contents seemed to take on the taste of the container. I'd always avoided them in favor of the bag.
