Another great coffee. Bought for daughter in law. Loves aroma and great taste of dark roast. Just what you’d expect from caribou.

I've tried every product available from Caribou. The Booyah light roast was the best. Medium is second. This was my least favorite. It's still pretty great, but I think I've just grown out of dark roasts as you taste the roast but little of the bean. I brew coffee very strong in a French press, so even my light roast coffees pack punch, but with the lighter or medium roasts, you get more complex flavor. If you are going to smoke a cigarette with your coffee, or you brew weak coffee in a drip machine, this is probably the roast you want. If you pay attention to water temperature and brew time, you'll probably be happier with the standard medium roast or light roast if it ever comes back in stock.
