Coffee is such such a personal taste thing that reviews are almost useless. I'm a coffee snob and have a very narrow corridor of appreciation for anything, but a full bodied Colombian. However, putting my bias aside, this coffee is pretty good! It serves well as a stepping stone while working my way up to a dark roast in the afternoon or when I'm coffee'd out and don't need a shock load of bold flavor.

My wife and I have been a fan of caribou coffee since we discovered the wonderful caribou bar. The caribou coffee whole bean blend is a perfect coffee for breakfast and lasts us through the day and is still as good as when it was made.(admittedly you need a pretty good carafe to keep it fresh).

We have been buying a lot more expensive flavored coffee from some where else and decided to cut back on the expenses and went with the Caribou coffee, which we have liked from the coffee shop, and glad that we did. It is at least half of the price as the other and taste great.

Plus, Caribou Coffee source 100% of its coffee from Rainforest Alliance-certified farms. So glad Sam’s carries Caribou Coffee - not easy to find on the west coast and it’s a great value. Buy it frequently.

While it indicated medium roast it was very dark. It also was super oily.

Great coffee bean. I use this as my coffee that I take to work. It’s got a good house roast taste to it and doesn’t taste burnt or super acidic.

Coffee bean was oily and bland; either overroasted or old. Not impressed, especially after seeing the high ratings.
