Great for home projects!

It's food grade butcher wrap. It's wide enough (18") for wrapping pork butts if you're making pulled pork, but not wide enough to wrap a brisket or a rack of ribs. You can do it, but you have to flip the brisket or the ribs end over end when wrapping, making it rather awkward. I wrapped a brisket and put it back on the smoker for 5 hours, and the paper held in the juices well. Unwrapping it was a mess, though, because of the way I had to wrap it.

We use this paper ALL.THE.TIME!!! One of the kids leaves for a few days and is welcomed home with many white banners. Hubs promoted and then congratulated with cards and banners. Kids can specialize their wrapping paper for gifts with paints, chalk, markers, crayons, etc.. We have used it as table coverings during bbqs. Tear a piece off to occupy children while you make dinner and do laundry. Also, can make "Flat Stanley" bodies by tracing an outline of their body and ship your flat kid somewhere cool!!!

I use this paper for the bottom of my macaw cages. Works very well.
