I used it to wrap meat during the stall. Moisture will penatrate same as with brown butcher paper and is normal. The smoked meat will retain it's bark and not dry out. Amazon has a better description of this product..It allows optimal smoke penetration and moisture retention. I kept the plastic wrapping to help keep the roll from collecting dust and other contamination since it's being used for food. A dispenser would be nice.

I use this product in an unconventional way. I own a med spa and I have a laser hair removal machine that requires excessive amounts of gooey gross ultrasound gel. I have used this paper for years to keep my exam table clean. I've tried expensive "exam table paper" in the past, only to be disappointed in how flimsy it is, and basically watched it dissolve the moment the gel touches it. This paper is cost effective, durable, readily available and a great protective barrier for my equipment and my patients. Highly recommended!!

Since I haven’t been in the office since the start of COVID, I haven’t had any newspaper to line the bottom of my parrots cage with. Someone recommended using butcher paper so here I am. I just have to cut it to size but it works perfect for my needs.

The product is great for sublimation. My 3-star review is for the pricing. The price keeps going higher and higher. To the best if my knowledge, 3 years ago this same roll was around $21.
