This guy was sniffing my ponytail and I caught him doing it. He just smiled and said, "Your hair smells sooooo good!". It's also less brittle.

I have split ends and the humidity effects my hair so bad I can't leave the house - my hair is too big! LOL The Dove shampoo and conditioner felt like a high quality product, the kind you buy at a salon and it worked excellently on my hair. It did as promised, my hair was smooth and I was pleased enough to purchase it the next time I needed shampoo and conditioner.

On it's own, the shampoo does a good job cleaning my hair without weighing it down and it makes my hair feel softer. After washing and before conditioning, I'm able to comb my fingers through my hair pretty effortless. Plus it leaves behind a nice light scent. My hair is long, thick, and pretty dry in the winter, so I definitely have to pair the shampoo with Dove Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture Conditioner for the moisturizing effect I want. I would recommend using the shampoo and conditioner combination if you need moisture like I do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went shopping with a girlfriend a few weeks ago and as we were going down the hair care aisle she went right for Dove conditioner and shampoo, as I was stumped looking for a product that would give me the soft, silky, and gentle hair that was easy to manage for my frizzy, faded color treated hair. And that wouldn't leave a greasy, oily, heavy film behind. She told me that she was so confident that Dove Daily Moisture Conditioner was the best solution for my troubled hair problems. So I reluctantly took it home and tried it. I first shampooed thoroughly than I applied the conditioner, leaving it in a total 5 min. before washing it out. And to my surprise after my hair air dried I could comb through it with ease without leaving any kinda greasy or heavy oily film residue. At 1st I thought maybe its because I just colored my hair before I washed it, I was still a little skeptical about the softness. But as I told you I just colored it before washing and conditioning. And as you may know hair color is truly damaging especially right after its colored. So I took that in consideration and for the reset of that week I continued to use the product about 2 more times. And after the 2nd time of use I saw so much shine and the softness was unbelievable without leaving any kinda heavy greasy or oily film. I was pleasantly pleased for the 1st time in a long, long time. So I can honestly say that I have finally found my miracle hair potion. No more frizzy, dried out, dull, or heavily greasy film for my hair any more!!!! Just soft, manageable shine that even feels healthy after monthly coloring.

Not only does this shampoo leave my hair super clean but it keeps my hair conditioned at the same time . I would suggest this moisture product to all women & kids that are in need of healing to their hair. I had to stop my son & husband from using it.....I also love the smell. My daughter who is 13 struggle with dry brittle hair but this is making a true difference, my 7 year old & myself have thin dry hair but thanks to Dove we all see a difference!
