Tubes are empty

Bought two thinking it was a great deal. Left it on the shelf to save for use later. Opened this morning, and NOTHING comes out of the tube. Feels like they are empty or dried out. Going to contact customer service to get a refund.

Bought a month ago, would not stick, tries 3 different projects. Returning this, something is obviously wrong with the batch I got.
