We love these nuts and always buy them, however the last 2 containers have had pecans that are rancid. Only the pecans-no other types of nuts, but about 50%of the pecans.

WOULD have given a 5-star review before, have purchased several times. The last jar had NO SALT, despite the label indicating that they're with sea salt. I returned them and was going to purchase another jar but pallet after pallet also appeared to have no salt. They must have mixed up the labels at processing. I did report the findings and "they" were going to look into it as the people concurred no salt in the blend...

I generally like this mix, but I find that there are too many almonds. I would prefer more of these delicious pecans, a few more pistachios, adding some Brazil nuts and fewer hazelnuts rather than so many almonds which everyone ends up leaving in the jar.

I am not sure if every jar of these nuts is the same, but the one I recently bought is OVERLOADED with almonds. Probably 75%, or more, of the jar is almonds. Virtually no pistachios at all. I am very disappointed. The taste is fine, but every time I reach in, I get a handful of almonds. Very disappointing.

If you get a good batch of these nuts they are delicious. Apparently I did not get a good one this time because they looked dark, tasted old and almost burnt. I really couldn't differentiate between the types of nuts because of the terrible taste. I ordered pickup but will shop inside if I decide to try them again. They weren't expired but were definitely not fresh by any means.

I bought this just over a month ago, and made Chex Mix with them - they taste and smell rancid! Disappointing, as I wasted a lot of ingredients. The nearest store is 60 miles from me, too expensive to drive up and turn them in. Bummed, I've bought these for years and never had this problem! Best By date on them is 05Jan23E.

While these mixed nuts were tasty everyone was picking out the almonds because most were hard as rocks . Peanuts would have probably been better for the cheap filler . Maybe we can put the almonds thru the processor and put in fudge or something ..Disappointment .

With the last 2 containers we bought over the last 6 months, the quality has really declined. Many of the almonds were small and hard as a rock. There are also too many bad cashews and pistachios. These used to be pretty good quality, but not anymore. It is annoying to start chewing on a nut and then realize it is bad and then have to spit it out. We will probably pay a little more for better nuts in the future.

I have been buying these for two years, and I've noticed that most of the nuts are almonds. There are a few cashews, pecans, and other nuts, but the almonds outnumber the others 2:1. The taste is okay, but the picture on the website is not what you get in the container.

I have been buying these for several years and loved them. But recently we had several different containers with many rancid nuts. And now it seems they are not the good ‘roasted, salted, or pretty mix’ that they were before. They just sate so so now. I’m going to look for another brand unless Sams gets the old type back!
