The last jar of the nuts I bought is over 50% almonds, with a lot of cashews, about 10 small pieces of pecans, a few pistachios and a few hazelnuts. If I wanted almonds I would order almonds but we eat very few of them.

The last several containers of this I've purchased were so disappointing. Many of the nuts just tasted dry and stale. But worse I've bitten into many nuts that were hard as a rock and nearly cracked a tooth. I just don't get it, as this never used to happen. It certainly didn't when Sam's offered a similar package from Planter's. I miss Planter's being offered for their peanuts at Sam's too. Anyhow... avoid these as of December 2024.

These are a decent price but, the variety omits Brazil Nuts, which help[p change the flavor. The nuts in the jar become a monotone flavor, with just the texture changing with different nuts. They say it has Hazelnuts, but I have not tasted any and I have consumed about 8 jars of them. I will continue to buy them because as a senior male, they are vital health food. Add Brazil nuts and Hazelnuts to the mix.

Used to love their mixed nuts until they replaced the Brazil nuts with dried up tiny Pistachios. We wind up picking them all out and tossing them, as they are usually bitter and very off-putting. It's too bad because the rest of the nuts are decent quality. I'm looking for a new source for our mixed nut purchase because our family no longer enjoys the "mix" and paying for something you don't use is just silly.

I bought these knowing that the majority of nuts would be cashews followed by almonds and then a mixture of what’s on the label and ingredient list. Either I got an unequal balance of mostly almonds (70% by my estimation) due to a production error or the label is misleading and cheating the buyer. I wouldn’t recommend buying this mix unless you love almonds.
