Whole Cashews are an excellent source of Magnesium and Heart Healthy. I've tried plain and sea salt, and prefer the sea salt ones.

Many nuts are bruised or discolored. Package contained a large (>2") chunk of salt. Nuts are small. Will be returning them and not buying again.
