I think my husband has withdrawal symptoms when he runs out of his favorite nuts. They are good although a little pricey. He prefers the lightly salted ones.

We buy the cashews from Sam's because they are roasted in peanut oil. A lot of cashews that you find in other stores are roasted in cottonseed oil, one of the most toxic oils. We enjoy them and buy them repeatedly.

These use to be one of my “go to’s” for a Keto snack, however, I recently found out that the palm oil used is GMO!!! No more GMO’s for me!! If they stop the GMO use, I will come back to them, because they are really tasty and Keto.
