The texture and quality of these peanuts are very good in my opinion. The salt is exactly as I like it. Not too salty but satisfies my urge for salt. The container is large enough to satisfy a good size group of friends and family. That is if I decide to share. The price is reasonable, too.

Really good peanuts. The "soft" (not the super-crunchy kettle-fried) bingeable peanuts that stay fresh in the tightly sealed container. Could use a bit more salt, IMHO, but I put salt on my salt, so.... Otherwise, these are priced at probably 75% less than what I paid at Meijer,

Tough Peanuts! These nuts were actually tough to eat! The “sell-by date” was good, but the still were tough to eat-as if they were not fresh. Perhaps the larger size IS tougher!

Nothing extra large about these peanuts.

These peanuts has a texture of more like dry roasted vs cooked in oil. A little bland in taste also.

Product was stale and inedible.

I have purchased these a few times and have been reasonably pleased with the product. I really doubt that they are extra large, but that’s not relevant. The last two orders of these peanuts that I received are obviously substandard. They smell burned and as if the oil that they were cooked in was rancid. I won’t be ordering these again.

Not good tasting

Inconsistent quality/taste. Been buying these for years but lately they have been bland, containing little or no salt. Has happened on three occasions now. First time it happened was maybe 3 months ago and we just sucked it up and ate it anyway. Few weeks later bought another one and it was perfect. Sometime later purchased another and back to being bland. Returned it this time and got a replacement one with a different expiration date and also bland. Will be returning this one as well and will be giving up on this product. Shame though, were really good and couldn't beat the price. Not an expert but is seems to me if the product is inconsistent, it is a manufacturing quality control issue. Dear Sams, please do better.

I eat nuts as a night time snack and have purchased these before and usually are delicious and fresh. This time they apparently were over roasted which I could tell by the way they looked before opening the jar, they were very, very brown. I went ahead and tried a few hoping they would be okay but nope, they are bitterly burnt. Thank goodness I have Sam’s on my errands list today because they are going back.
