It can become very strong though, so most of the time I end up throwing part of it out. But it definitely helps lessen the cravings in that moment. The tube wasn't too big. I could easily put it in my pockets. They are great to stash around the house so you never have to worry about not having them close. I liked how easy the tube was to open. These nicotine lozenges can help but you have to help to. I have done great and sometime I slip up but I have one goal and it’s to stop. They taste ok. But I’m not a mint flavor person but they work. I like they come in different bottles with only a few in each to keep them from not being fresh. I can take them in a pocket or purse since they are small to carry around.
