They don’t taste the best but they can work if you let them. I my self was doing good with them but I fell off the wagon I guess you could say. I stopped again and I’m following the directions to a t. Before I wasn’t. And I was smoking in between. I still need more time and more hard work and dedication. Cause i need to let them do the job and me work with it

When having a craving for nicotine these 4mg lozenges work their magic right away. I use these and its the right amount of nicotine I need. Highly recommend these to anyone that wants to quit or if you need to use these if your a smoker and cant smoke due to smoking restrictions.

It took a little too long to disolve, and you had to pay attention or you would accidentially swallow it. And when it happened, it caused me some stomach issues like hiccup and upset stomach.
