I have tried a multitude of products with no avail. The nicotine lozenges have helped curb my urges tremendously. I have noticed I am smoking less which has moved me closer to my goal of quitting. They didn't taste all that great but then again cigarettes don't exactly taste flavorful. They did seem to curb the desire to smoke. They are really helpful when you are somewhere that doesn't allow smoking. I would recommend this product along with a program to anyone who wants to stop smoking.

It’s not overpowering and it wasn’t as bad as I expected. This is a super convenient package because you get 8 purse or pocket sized tubes. I definitely cut back on my smoking and these made it easy. I would definitely recommend these if you are trying to quit.

The mint flavor is really weird, or overly minty, I’m not entirely sure but they are not good tasting at all. The first couple really do help with the cravings but after a few, they don’t really seem to do any good for me, personally. I really think the taste has a lot to do with it because for them to be successful for me, I need to be able to eat them similar to hard candy and kind of just suck on them. Well that experience is gross so it doesn’t help the cravings, it actually makes the craving a little harder to handle. Overall I really think they need to work on the flavor and the product may be more effective.

Before starting these lozenges, I was up to a pack a day. A cigarette is the first thing I reach for in the morning and after eating. But after I started these lozenges, I was able to cut back to as little as 3-4 cigarettes a day and I actually believe that I will be able to quit if I continue to use them. I highly recommend giving these a try if you are trying to stop smoking!
