If you follow instructions you should be able to quit smoking in 10-12 weeks. When you first wake up in the morning you take a lozenge. It's recommended you let the lozenge completely melt on it's own, do not chew it or swallow it you need it to slowly melt within the 20-30 minute time period. You should not eat or drink until 15 minutes have passed that the lozenge is gone. Over the course of several weeks you work yourself up slowly to having longer periods in between taking a lozenge. You need to use at least 9 lozenges a day the first few weeks for the full effect. It tastes like mint. My brother is now on his second week and hasn't touched a cigarette. I'm so thankful this is working so well. You can do it!
