I thought it tasted terrible and super low quality. I have tried similar products in the past and always thought they were ok. This one however I did not like. I have been using these nicotine lozenges for awhile now and they do help control the cravings to a point for me personally. I use one lozenge every two hours and so far i don't get the jitters or the craving as bas, They do help me smoke less for sure, They do take about 30 minutes to completely dissolve in my mouth but the minty flavor is actually quite refreshing. The lozenges aren't super big but they aren't tiny either. I did check with my dr. first before using these. I definitely recommend them.
