Definitely recommend if you're trying to quit smoking as these will at least help space out timing for picking abother cigarette up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these to help quit smoking. They seem to help curb the need for a cigarette, but they're kind of a pain to use. You can't drink or eat anything before during or after using for at least 30 minutes. You also have to spit often, because you can not swallow your saliva.

He has been using them for awhile now and says of all the nicotine lozenges he has tried these are the best. He really enjoys the minty flavor. He also said that using the lozenges has greatly reduced his craving for cigarettes. He is looking forward to being smoke free soon.

She stated that she doesn’t like the burning she gets from the lozenge but she does state that they do help with the cravings.

I'm not a fan of mint flavored items but these are decent. I've definitely been able to cut back on smoking while using them. I haven't been able to completely quit yet, but I've also been a smoker for MANY years so I'm not expecting an overnight fix. Definitely worth giving a try if you're serious about quitting!
