[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found these to help with tobacco cravings very well but I could not get pass the mouth tingling/burning sensation that some people have. My husband however was able to use these without any issues. They are very effective for cravings!

The mint flavor is really weird, or overly minty, I’m not entirely sure but they are not good tasting at all. The first couple really do help with the cravings but after a few, they don’t really seem to do any good for me, personally. I really think the taste has a lot to do with it because for them to be successful for me, I need to be able to eat them similar to hard candy and kind of just suck on them. Well that experience is gross so it doesn’t help the cravings, it actually makes the craving a little harder to handle. Overall I really think they need to work on the flavor and the product may be more effective.

He's a pack a day guy, now he's gotten to a pack every two days. These also don't make him feel nauseated like a different store brand.

Although, they weren't the name brand, they were just as effective at helping with the cravings and the tubes they were packaged in were really convenient for carrying with us wherever needed.
