Sometimes the plastic catches on the end and if not caught instantly it doesn’t tear straight, like it gets narrower

Love the product but the box is flimsy. Great for dispensers, but not as standalone in the original box.

One of the things that made this the most desirable wrap to buy was the sliding cutter. I'm guessing that Sam's is going to see a loss in sales because of ditching it. Please bring it back!

This is the worst plastic wraps I have ever used. It is very thin. Years ago the plastic wrap I purchased from Sam's Club was a much heavier gauge wrap, easy to work with. Will find a better grade of wrap on line. returning the one I just purchased.

Just like all the other negative reviews say, they wound it too tight to gain a few yards on their counter, made the ends slim and tapered, have to keep peeling it back, over and over... This is going back.

I have spent a lot of years in Food Service. I bought this for my home. It is the worst film I have ever used. Practically every pull it tears out on one side or the other. Go somewhere else to get your film.

I was interested in this extra wide foodservice film. I can not believe how the box is constructed and used only the old time blade. Unfortunately I cannot ask my staff to use this for 3000'. I will be returning. The film itself is fine.

I used to get this in a two pack and it had a slider cutter. I was always pleased with the wrap but the slider was excellent. Very disappointed in the change.

I have no clue how this is 'food service' quality. it's incredibly thin plastic that rips super easily and the lack of a sliding cutter tool makes it even more frustrating to use.

I'm not sure what happened to the Member's Mark quality promise, but the quality of this plastic wrap is very poor. The price has increased over time, but the quality has degraded. Not recommending to family and friends!!!
