I have always used the 39 gallon bags in my 32 gallon trash cans. My latest box of bags seem smaller. I can hardly get it to fit around the rim. In fact, I just broke a bag which is what prompted me to write this review.

I don't know how these get so many positove reviews; they're the worst bags we've ever used in our shop! We have to double them up because they split at the seams. If we were closer to a Sam's Club store, I'd return them.

I have used these bags for several years and was very satisfied with them. But this last box, I'm not. This box, and I'm pretty sure it's only this lot - date stamped - 29 7 15 3 583 that has the defect. The draw strings pull out, they are not attached. I've used about 15 bags from the first of the two rolls, and each were the same. I've used several hundred over the past years, and never had this problem with any of them before. Thank you

I need 39 gallon bags for my garbage can which are not a standard size. I used to be able to buy them in the club but they stopped carrying them there but I found them at samsclub.com and elsewhere but Sam's was the best price. Very durable with draw strings...I've been using them for years and hope to in the future.

Dont know why all the bad reviews: these bags fit totter wheeled 30gal trash can perfectly and i operate a parking lot at jersey shore and get all kinds of trash. It may puncture if its asharp object pointing out but it doesnt break like others are saying here. Plus its 90 count where its way less amount at Ace etc. Shame i have to order online now and not available in stores but atvleast i get 2 day shipping

These heavy duty bags are great! I typically have bags tearing at the top when trying to close them or when carrying them to the trash container. These are stronger at the top, and definitely hold up better than bags that I've used before. Highly recommend!

These bags have never failed me. They are the only ones I will use. These bags are extremely strong and have never ripped or failed me in any way. When I was unable to get to Sam's on one occasion, I purchased a store brand and a name brand at a grocery store. The store brand bags were useless because they easily developed holes and rips and they did not have the handy red ties. The name brand was ridiculously expensive. So these bags combine the quality and strength of a name brand with the economy price of a bargain brand. I would highly recommend them.

These are the worst. Seriously, I don't know how there are so many five-star ratings. We used these bags to clean out a home, lawn, a full refrigerator/freezer, etc. So many of them broke, leaked, or the ties snapped. They are not thick or strong. If you're packing feathers or pillows, they might work for you. Otherwise, skip it.

Purchased these bags a few weeks ago. These bags will not fit my garbage can. They are too small. Never had this problem before. These bags are just a few inches bigger than Members Mark 33-gallon Large Trash Bags. Do not recommend this 39-gallon bags!

The 39 gallon Members Mark Trash Bags are the prefect size that fit my container and it is not too heavy to carry to the curb . You do not carry this size in the store anymore and I find that disappointing. I was happy to be able to purchase on line and I hope that you continue to carry this product. Thank You, The Moore's
