These I had were not "flex", but i cannot find item online. The bags were each stuck to the roll and wvery attempt to separate resulted in tears and holes. If the bags were usable and durable, It would be a good value. Unfortunately, for some reason these rolls (one especially) seemed "melted" or stuck together so that each bag pulled away in the same area was ruined.

Bad batch? Not a money saver

These are strong and hold a lot of trash! They are actually a much higher quality than the national brands. My only call out is that they have escalated in price by nearly 200% since we started purchasing them 4 years ago.
