Is Sams Club powdered milk rBGH free?

Not quite fair its price taking into account it is a Member's Mark item.

I do not like the plastic package, hope they think about changing to cardboard.

mixes fairly easily but looks 'blue' so bought powdered cream to add to it.

I purchase dry milk for emergencies. I gave it fours because it has not been used.
