In the past I purchased five packages of this a month , we used it in everything . I quit buying this when the price became equal to or greater than gallons of milk at the store .

I have used all brands of powdered milk; this is very good and priced well. To drink or use over cereal, premix and chill. I use dry in coffee for fat free creamyness.

I use powdered milk to extend fresh milk if it runs low before I can replenish. Also used in cooking and especially with thawing fish (mostly water with enough powdered milk to make the liquid "milky").
