The Sam's milk powder is non-fat rather than being a full fat milk powder. Why cannot they make it from Full Fat as Nestle does? But this is still good as it does not add soy lecithin as Nestle does.

We don't drink milk enough to keep it in the house. I buy this so I can bake and not have to worry about running to the store. I can also turn it into buttermilk with vinegar or lemon juice. 10/10 recommend.

I buy this all the time. My Kids and grandkids don't Even know they are drinking powered milk. I add a little less then detected. To make a 2% instead of whole milk.....
