Tastes good and mixes well. Even comes with a scoop.

The instructions are wrong. If you make milk with as much powder to milk ratio the directions use, its about twice as "milky" as other dry milks. I use 2 cups powder and a half gallon of water, perfect. Also, like almost every Members Mark product with a 'built in' ziploc, Its either not glued in when you open the bag or it comes apart after a few opens/closes. In this case, when I cut the top off at the line (because 'tear here' never works) both ziploc strips were attached at the very ends and not at all in the middle. MOST members mark items do this or the strips become detached. Needs a little QA on the gluing or however they attach it.

It's worked well for us. It's just my husband and myself. We never finished a half gallon of milk. So to save space and money, I bought this last summer. It's my go-to for baking and recipes when I just need a little milk. Recently, I've been adding a few tablespoons, coffee, some flavoring, and ice to my blend jet. This powdered milk whips up foamy and great in my iced coffee. The bag is pretty poor quality, but I divided it into two ziploc and double bagged them, and so far, so good. I haven't bought milk in a year.

I have used this for several years because it was the only thing my Sam's store carried but I think it tastes awful and smells like processed preservatives. It sometimes separates when mixed into sauces. It does not dissolve well in things like hot chocolate mix. It is fine for baking bread or adding to a smoothie but I sure wouldn't drink a glass of it or put it in my coffee. I just found Nido at Sam's. So much better! I never write reviews but you all need to know that there is something better out there. I will never go back to this powdered milk

Great price

This milk is an excellent product. It tastes as great! Just as good as liquid milk, and is dissolves right away in a warm water. Now the only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because they have to improve in the packing, it zipper lock is very frail. Even though I used a scissors to cut open the bag, I still saw that the zipper lock was not attached/ glued to the actual bag. The manufacturer need to improve on the bag so it can make for better storage.

We love this milk and am sorry it is not avaiable at our local Sams, we have had numerous problems with recieving damaged packages. If the folks that pack our order would just place some sort of cushion between the milk and the hard items this would eliminate the damage, instead of just throwing a few package cushions on top
