Dissolves well and tastes good for dried milk. I like the included 1/3 cup scoop. I store it in a large canister after opening.

I use this for a lot of homemade dry mixes i make. Lasts good in freezer if you have room. I have been dry canning to preserve for longer time.

The milk is good, but it was very inconvenient that the zipper was fastened to the bag on only one side so I had to store the milk in something else.
