I make a lot of homemade mixes, breads and dishes that call for powdered milk. This has been the best value that I’ve found. Goes a long way.

This is a good amount of shelf stable milk for the price. Excellent for living on an island where we can't just run to the store for fresh milk.

I love that i can make as much or as little as needed. Milk seems to spoil before the expiration date and this tastes great.

Good to have in this Covid time. When I don’t feel like making almond milk I use dry milk in my cream of wheat.

We use this in many baking and cooking recipes. It provides the flavor and texture of milk but not the butter fat.

Dissolves well and tastes good for dried milk. I like the included 1/3 cup scoop. I store it in a large canister after opening.
