The resealable zip strip is rarely attached to the inside of the bag. Be prepared to transfer it to another container after opening if you live in a humid area. Also, watch out for punctured bags on the shelf in the store - give it a squeeze before buying to make sure it's actually sealed.

I bought this for long-term prep, but I've started to use it almost daily. My mother used powered milk (blue milk)for me, and I used it for my 3 boys when times were tough. Not unlike today. This is not that milk. I use it mostly for cooking. If a recipe calls for milk and even if it doesn't, I use water and add enough of this to make it milk without adding fat or calories but adding protein, calcium, and vitamins A & D. I haven't tried drinking it as milk because of the memories of childhood, but I'm sure I will at some point. I've also started making dry mixes like biscuits, soup, pancake and waffles, and other mixes that call for dry milk. This works beautifully.

I was excited to try this. Price is great for the size. I usually drink Nido Powdered Milk which costs more but tastes better. Members Mark Dry Milk has an aftertaste I do not care for. I mean, it’s not bad, but after drinking another brand for a long time, I find this inferior. Also, it doesn’t mix as easily as my preferred brand.

We use this in so many ways. We would give it a higher rating if they could find a way to get a bag that would seal. I can buy the cheapest cereal in the large bag and they never fail to seal. I usually order 3 bags and on an average one want seal. The seal closes but it is not connected to the other side of the bag

I ordered multiple orders from Sams. I have never had this amount of trouble receiving my products. Sams is usually my go to on my online orders. The products i received this time were damaged and leaking. The box was ripped up and the cans loose and dented. The powdered milk was partially empty as it was all over the rest of the order. The order was delayed multiple times and was only one of my orders. I can understand being delayed by weather but when all other services had been delivering for several days i finally had to start asking why none of my orders from Fedex had been delivered. Im only assuming that by inquiring i incurred the wrath of the delivery guys of fedex that delivers Sams orders. I will be rethinking my online orders from Sams and i highly recommend that others also use caution when ordering online. This was really bad customer service.

I use this all the time for two different reasons. By the time I use a gallon of milk it will spoil. I only use milk in coffee or cooking. This is much more cost-effective than buying a half a gallon of milk weekly. Also Those of us who live in a hurricane area this is good to have as part of your kit. I do 1/2 scoop to just under 1/2 cup water for instant use.

I started buying this in club during covid lockdown in 2020. Later, when clubs stopped stocking this item, I began buying Great Value version at Walmart which seems identical to this product, but a bit more expensive. Laugh all you want, but this is a way better product than name brand Swiss Miss powdered nonfat milk (which clumps and doesn't want to fully dissolve). I recently upgraded to Sam's Club Plus and returned to ordering this Member's Mark milk again online. When I ordered online, bags were slightly ruptured at seams. The bag's plastic is just too thin for the size and weight of the powder inside. Thankfully, Sam's shipped each bag inside a separate clear sealed bag to contain spillage. only a few grams had to be thrown out. I'll continue to order. I like having a seemingly endless supply of milk.

I use this milk in my fluffy white bread and it ruins some batches and turns them yellow. I bake about 40 loaves per day and have isolated the yellowing as this milk powder. It overconditions the dough somehow. I have to switch to a more consistent and dependable brand which is unfortunate because I use other members mark products daily as well. Now I have to make an extra trip somewhere else to get better behaved milk. Why does the keep happening?

Bag says it makes 22 quarts. Supposed to use 1 1/3 cup per quart, so there should be over 29 cups in the bag. I measured the contents of the bag and there was only 22 cups in it. I didn’t have enough to make the hot cocoa mix that I was making. I was very disappointed.

Thought i might be the exception and receive my order intact. NOPE. powdered milk was leaking out of multiple holes and onto every single other thing i ordered. The holes aren't from punctures in the bag from shipping (in my opinion) but from along the seams of the packaging. I knew id immediately need to transfer it all to another container, thats assuming it was even safe to drink considering its "open/leaking", but this stuff is not cheap so i guess im taking the gamble. Ended up putting it in multiple ziplocks. This process caused powdered milk to find its way onto my floor and all over my kitchen. Just one big flippin' mess. This product needs to come in a canister. Sam's....please do better. Will not order again until packaging is improved. :-(
