When reconstituted per the (simple) directions, I can't tell this from regular, dairy case milk. I use it as I can make as much or as little as I need, and it has a great shelf-life.

Have heard that you are dropping this product. Please reconsider!!!!!! I use this product all the time in drinking and cooking. However, it is invaluable in emergencies such as the current pandemic.

I like keeping this dry milk on hand for cooking and drinking in emergency situations. It taste better than it used to be and sometimes it is hard to finish a carton of milk before it goes bad so this is really convenient.

I was happy to find this large package of non-fat instant dry milk. I use skim milk, but it isn't always convenient to run to the store when I need more milk. Mixing my own works for me.

This powdered milk is tasty, mixes easily and is a great value. It doesn't have a funky smell like some other types of powdered milk I have tried. It's a great way to increase your protein intake without fat.

Love this milk for our lattes! We use it every morning in our lattes and it also comes in handy for recipes calling for milk. I just add it to my dry ingredients, then add the required amount of water to my recipe.

Not a fan of powdered milk, but this taste really good if you increase the powder to water ratio about 20%. Bought 3 packages, all three had small rips at the seam. Looks to me like the sealer was too hot. Not a problem as I was re-packaging anyway.

I shopped several local stores; this was the best price for the amount of powder. I use it to make hot chocolate mix. It dissolves well and provides the right touch of milky flavor.

Great product but the packaging is so thin it frequently tears either at the closure or just the side of the bag. Almost need a container to pour it into after opening to keep it fresh and dry.
