This set is made well and the lids are easy to get on and off. I especially like that they nest inside of each other taking up minimal cabinet space! For the number of pieces this set offers it is truly a bargain. I've been switching my storage options to glass so I ended up buying another set. Then I got a set for a friend as a gift. I highly recommend making the purchase!

They are good but for warning do not put lids in dishwasher

I love that they are glass. The lids snap securely in place. They stack inside each other or on top of each other nicely. (depending on how you organize your cabinets). Overall they are a nice weight. and sturdy.

I like the fact they store inside each other and they are stackable in the fridge! They seal well. But the one was chipped and I haven’t had the time to return and get a replacement set!

These containers are excellent for storing leftovers and other food stuff. The tops seal very well and feel very tight. However they are not as oven ready as stated. I made custard and used one container for the custard. And a larger one for the water to set the custard container in. The oven was set to 355 deg.. When I removed the containers, the water had all evaporated. The one with the custard was fine. But the larger one broke into 4 or five pieces. I will probably not use them in the oven again. Still as containers, these are very, very good!

I just left the ER because I had my lunch in one of these "shatterproof, tempered glass" containers and I did not see these very thin shards of glass from the inside of the container. The shards of glass looked as though someone "peeled" glass from the inside of the container. I was eating chicken & rice/gravy and ended up with a piece of glass in my mouth. Thankfully I did not ingest that particular piece, but the ER said that they were so small that the tests would not show up. SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE AND TAKE A CHANCE OF GLASS IN YOUR FOOD. The lids go on much too tight and we think that because of that, it puts too much pressure on the sides of the container. The inside of the dish had the broken glass from around the inside edge. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. WE DON'T WANT ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE THIS. This was extremely frightening and I still do not know if any glass was ingested. My ER bill will be over $700, so we are out that money too. However, so far so good and I will consider myself blessed that it wasn't worse. See attached photo. You can see that the glass is thinly shattered around the inside area up near the edge. They were never dropped or mishandled. The issue is strictly around the edge where the top goes on. Needless to say this was extremely frightening. DO NOT BUY THESE!

I just bought these 2 weeks ago. Upon taking the containers out of the box, the smallest lid was stuck so hard to the glass container that the seal tore apart. Today as I was cleaning a lid, another seal ripped when I removed it. The lid does not work without the seal. Then I removed a container from the freezer and the lid is broken on the corner. I made sure to allow room at the top for the food to expand as it freezes and the food did not even reach the lid. I have been successful using these a room temperature but really wanted to use them for frozen storage. The Glasslock website has replacement lids mentioned but may not be available until September. I feel I should not have to buy new lids already. I guess I will keep the set and use for everyday leftovers.
