These are not your typical containers. They are vey attractive and superior to anything I have used in the past. The lid snaps shut on four sides and locks out air keeping food fresh. It is also nice to be able to pop them in the microwave when needed. I am very happy with this versatile and convenient set.

Hard to believe only $1 per piece for GLASS! I can finally toss all those nasty plastic containers that deli meat came in! Along with years old Tupperware that is stained beyond salvage. My daughter and I both bought a set today. We're going back to get another set each!

Especially since they're about 1/2 the price of the SnapLock ones. I've got to go with a lot of the others on here and say that the glass bowl itself is great, love that. But the LIDS! Dadgum it they are frustrating. Love that the seals come out for cleaning. Hate that the seals come out because they'rd terrible to get back together in the lids and it's hard to get the lids to snap on. Once you get them on, they're great, no leaks. I've had no cracks or problems with the lids, but I don't use them in the microwave. I also bring frozen food to a better temperature by using the defrost cycle, so no blown up glass bowls for me. Right now, I can't really recommend them to a friend, don't want to get cussed like I cuss these lids.

Had one floating in my cooler in old water that I had forgotten about, a week later it was still dry on the inside.

The plastic lids are not microwave safe. It's in the listing description itself. Very deceptive marketing though. Why would a glass food container that IS Microwave Safe be sold with a lid that is NOT microwave safe? This is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. People surely will think the lids are safe and will pop them in to the microwave without a second thought!!! They need to pull this product off the shelf!!!

I bought these almost a year ago in Sept of 22. I've had no breakage at all. I love that they stack in the fridge and you can see what's in them. I insist that they all be washed in the dishwasher and stored stacked with the lids on. However, the lids are so difficult to put on that even my 6 ft 6 in, 350 lb muscular husband struggles to latch them. We stopped latching the lids during storage because IT'S TOO DIFFICULT! I'm already looking for replacements. I would return them under the Sams Club guarantee, but I gave some of the littlest ones away because we'd never use them. I got rid of all my old Pyrex ones for these, so I'm super disappointed. I got suckered.
