I did a little bit of research before purchasing glass food storage containers that had the lock lid in particular. I has seen awful reviews for different brands ranging from finding glass shards in their food and lids quickly falling apart. I was on the fence before settling on this brand because of the many bad reviews about the lids not snapping close. HOWEVER after receiving mines, and putting them all in the dish washer before using, my set works just fine and I am very pleased with the product over all. We will see if this review needs updating after some time.

Overall LOVE these! Great bang for your buck, never had any issues with leakage, and great variety of sizing. Some things to keep in mind, which aren't due to any faulty product but important to consider. 1) Liquids can get under the blue seal band and get moldy if you don't carefully remove them and clean. 2) Do not microwave with the lid on as it will warp. 3) The clasps can snap off after some time of use (2 years for me), but it's plastic so didn't except it be a lifetime buy. Will be repurchasing due to how much use I got out of them and the optimal price point.

If you are looking for a latest, staple kitchen item on the market...then YOU FOUND IT! Since I brought my Glasslock storage set home, it's been a game changer. If you are looking for a storage set that can be stored easily, YOU FOUND IT! Even though you are blessed with a set of 24 pieces, it could be overbearing in your cabinets. But that is not the case here. My cabinets are organized wonderfully since each of the pieces can be stored within another. If you looking for a storage set that will keep your food fresh, YOU FOUND IT! My family, including myself, were not huge left-over eaters. And this was mostly because the food would lose its freshness throughout its time in storage. With our Glasslock pieces, the seal is so great that air never ruins our food. And we can keep our stored food in the fridge even longer than before due to this product's great seal. If you are looking for a product that is durable, YOU FOUND IT! I am not saying, test this product out by dropping it. But I will confirm that I am a clumsy person. and I have accidentally dropped it on hard tile and wood floors before. And as it dropped, I did initially cringe because its glass. But this product is so strong, that it never broke, cracked, or chipped. I am so amazed. As long as you read how to take care of the product (like putting the lid on the top shelf of your dishwasher...which I had to train my husband haha) then Glasslock will last you for many years to come. My family has had our Glasslock products for almost four years. And we have bought multiple sets, but that is not because we need to replace. We just absolutely love this product so much, we bought more! And you'll fall in love, too. We have even purchased it for our family member's household and it's our go-to wedding present! And now, its the only storage product that exists in our kitchen. To say that I recommend this product would be an understatement! And since this product has saved my kitchen and has made my life so much easier, I feel like its my soul duty to become a promoter for it! You'll thank me later.

Like everyone else is saying, I should have checked the reviews. The lids do not fit. After I wash them I was putting them away. I found two little chips of glass. They are very breakable. I do not recommend these at all. We're taking them back to the store.

Love this set!!

I got these May 2021 and still have them all. GLASS is better, there are DIOXIN, a cancer chemical in plastic and I threw out ALL plastic and have gone straight to glass! They are wonderful. They keep food fresh for a good length. Only thing is the blue rubber seal comes out but they need washing too to rinse food but a year later they are perfect! I even dropped one and it didn’t break on my kitchen floor!!!
