Flimsy lids - one lid cracked upon purchase

The glass container is of good quality - but the lids are of cheap, flimsy plastic. One lid was cracked (at crease where the lid snaps onto the side of container - see photo.) When I called Sam's Club to get replacement lid, I was told I'd have to take lid to club and request replacement. I'm too busy for that. I have similar containers with snap on lids that are far more sturdy. Sad to see such inferior quality with Members Mark - wont be buying that brand again. My photo shows competitors brand lid (top) vs Members Mark lid.
